Thank you for supporting Hey! I Can Do That!

Because our products are primarily digital downloads, our return and refund policy is different from that of physical products.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery.

For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to review the product description before purchasing.

Something Isn’t Working?

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you experience a problem with a file, such as:

  • A corrupted or incomplete file
  • A download that does not work
  • A file that is significantly different from the product description
  • A technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the problem, which may include providing a replacement file or another appropriate solution.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the situation and determine whether a refund or other resolution is appropriate.

Etsy Purchases

If you purchase one of our products through Etsy, Etsy’s applicable policies also apply to that transaction.

For issues related to an Etsy order, you may also need to contact Etsy directly through your Etsy account.

Free Printables

Free printables provided through Hey! I Can Do That are not eligible for refunds because they are provided at no cost.

If you have trouble accessing a free printable, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered in the future, any applicable return or refund terms will be clearly stated on the individual product listing.
